Do I need to bring things for the guest to sign?

Most guests have prints they will sign on the day, but you can also bring your own items for them to sign.
Can I buy photos/autographs on the day?

Selfies and autographs can be purchased on the day, provided they are not sold out in advance.
How many people can be in a photo?

Each photo can include up to 2 people.
When do guests sign autographs?

Guests will sign autographs while they are at their desk, excluding during lunch, panels, and photoshoots. If you have pre-booked an autograph or selfie, you will get into the venue 30 minutes before everyone else to meet the guests first.
How do I get my photos?

​Digital photos will be emailed to you within 2 weeks after the photoshoot. If you opted for prints, they will be mailed to you afterward.
Why are there no prints on the day this year?

As a one-person independent company, offering instant print photographs on the day presented too much of a financial risk without advanced sales to support it. As the company grows, this is definitely something I’ll explore for future events. Your understanding is appreciated, and I hope to provide more options as we continue to expand.
How many items can I get signed?

You will need to purchase a signing ticket for each item you want signed.
Do I need an entry ticket if I’ve purchased tickets to see a guest?

Yes, you will need a separate entry ticket in addition to any guest-specific tickets.
Do I get a refund if a guest cancels?

Refunds are available for autographs or photos if a guest cancels. Event tickets are non-refundable.
How do I pay for an autograph or selfie on the day?

Cash or card at their desk.
Can I request guests for future events?

You can. But as a small company, I have to be realistic - we won't be getting Matthew Lillard anytime soon.
What time are the professional photo shoots?

They will be confirmed roughly 1 week before the event.
